Yes. The Free plan stays free forever – with a bio page, links, gallery, events, contact form, newsletter sign-up and 30 days of analytics. You only pay if you want more: from €3 a month.

Not for analytics: sorahub counts views and clicks without cookies and doesn’t store IP addresses. Embedded content such as YouTube or Spotify only loads after a click – nothing is sent before that.

On servers in Germany. Your visitors’ location is also determined on our own server – without any third-party service. The IP address is discarded afterwards.

Sure. Moving from Linktree takes one click: enter your address and your name, bio, profile picture, links and social icons land on your page as a draft. From other services, add your links as blocks. Then just swap the link in your profiles.

No. Your QR codes work as long as your account exists – even on the Free plan. You can change the destination at any time without reprinting the code.

Usually under five minutes: claim your name, add a profile picture and a few links, done. You can add everything else bit by bit.

Yes, in the settings. Just keep in mind that old links and printed QR codes with the old name will stop working – sorahub short links and QR codes stay valid, though.

With Pro you manage up to 3 bio pages in one account, with Business up to 10 – each with its own address, design and analytics.

With Business you invite up to 4 more people and decide per page who can do what: admin, edit or view only.

sorahub runs in the browser and can be added to your phone’s home screen like an app – no app store needed.

In the dashboard under Profile & account › Your data: download everything as a ZIP first, then “Delete account”. After confirming by email your pages and data are gone, and a paid plan ends at the end of the billing period.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; billing is prorated. Cancel with one click in the dashboard or without logging in via “Cancel contracts here” – your plan then runs until the end of the paid period.

Nothing gets deleted. Content beyond the Free limits (e.g. Plus blocks or additional bio pages) is only hidden or paused until you upgrade again or remove it yourself.

You can try Pro once for 7 days – without payment details. Afterwards you automatically go back to your previous plan. There are no costs.

Yes, from Plus you get an invoice for every payment by email and in the dashboard – with company name and VAT ID if you like.

Securely via Stripe – for example by credit card or SEPA direct debit, depending on the payment methods offered. Your payment details are stored by Stripe, not by us.

We’re building these features right now. They’ll come to the listed plans at no extra cost once they’re ready.

sorahub is built from the ground up to create as little data as possible: servers in Germany, analytics without cookies and without stored IP addresses, location lookup without third-party services, videos and music from other providers only after a click. For your visitors’ data we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you.

If you use the page commercially – e.g. selling products, advertising or presenting a business – usually yes (under German law). You enter your details once, and sorahub shows them as a legal notice on your page.

The date, IP address and browser identifier are combined with a secret key into a value that changes every day. That way we don’t count visitors twice per day – the IP address itself is never stored, and nobody can be recognized across days.

They only load when someone taps them. Nothing is sent to YouTube, Spotify or TikTok before that.

Yes – as a PDF via the download block or as a link. That way it’s one tap away, also via the QR code on the table.

Yes. In the “Location & opening hours” block you enter your hours, and the page automatically shows “Open” or “Opens at …”. The block is included from Plus.

You can link to your reservation system or receive requests via the contact form. Requests land in your dashboard inbox.

Yes. With the Twitch block your stream appears on your page, and your profile picture gets a LIVE ring as soon as you stream.

With the donations block (from Plus) you link PayPal, Ko-fi, Patreon and more, neatly in one place.

Yes, with the poll block (from Plus). Double votes are prevented without cookies.
